1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using The Woodlands Concrete Co. website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
The Woodlands Concrete Co. provides professional concrete services including but not limited to: driveway installation, patio construction, sidewalk and walkway installation, foundation work, decorative concrete, commercial concrete projects, and concrete repair services in The Woodlands, TX and surrounding areas.
3. User Obligations
As a user of our website and services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services
- Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Not interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
- Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
4. Service Agreements
All concrete services provided by The Woodlands Concrete Co. are subject to a written contract that includes:
- Scope of work to be performed
- Project timeline and completion dates
- Payment terms and schedule
- Warranty information
- Permit and compliance requirements
5. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due as specified in the project contract. Typical payment schedules include:
- Deposit upon contract signing (typically 30-50% of total project cost)
- Progress payments for larger projects
- Final payment upon project completion
Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by Texas law.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation fees may apply:
- Cancellation 14+ days before scheduled start: Full deposit refund
- Cancellation 7-13 days before scheduled start: 50% deposit refund
- Cancellation less than 7 days before scheduled start: No refund
7. Warranty and Guarantees
The Woodlands Concrete Co. warrants all workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion, subject to proper maintenance and normal wear and tear. This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper maintenance
- Settlement or heaving due to soil conditions beyond our control
- Damage from tree roots or other natural causes
- Color variations or natural weathering
2. Limitation of Liability
The Woodlands Concrete Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold The Woodlands Concrete Co. harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the service.
10. Property Access
Client agrees to provide reasonable access to the work site during normal business hours (7:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday). The client is responsible for ensuring the work site is clear of personal property, vehicles, and other obstructions.
11. Permits and Approvals
The Woodlands Concrete Co. will obtain necessary permits as required by local jurisdictions. The client is responsible for any homeowner association (HOA) approvals required for the project.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
13. Governing Law
These terms of service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
